Alberta - Eggs are not
the dietary villain once thought by many to be. Scientific
research over the last several years has vindicated eggs. Eggs are not
a bad food. Clearly, for most people, it is not the
dietary cholesterol in one's diet that is the main dietary culprit in
increasing a person's blood cholesterol. Rather, the focus of one's healthy
diet change should be to ensure the total fat and more specifically, the
saturated fat in your diet are not too high. Eggs are not only a low fat
food, but most of their fat is in the healthier unsaturated form. So,

free! Include eggs as part of a healthy diet. For the small percentage of people whose blood cholesterol is affected by dietary cholesterol, there is also good news.
